Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Custom orders - please allow up to 2 weeks to knit & finish your order. Ready to ship orders – please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Ground shipping is free with a minimum $50 order. Expedited shipping is available at cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pixelknit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  Returns & exchanges of non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact us to let me know a package is on the way. Items must be in original, sellable condition with tags attached. Please allow 5-10 business days for all items to be received, processed, and refunded. This policy is expanded during the December holiday season. Due to the nature of custom/personalized/items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted.
