Can I include an image or logo?
Minor modifications to stock designs can be done at no additional cost. Custom designs, such as team logos or graphics are also possible. Design services are free for orders of (21) or more. Otherwise, we charge a one time design fee.
What is your lead time?
Lead time is typically 2 weeks + shipping time. This varies based on the size of the order and time of year. Please let us know in advance if you have a specific due date so that we can determine feasibility.
How do you ship?
We usually ship via USPS or UPS. Ground shipping is free with a minimum $35 order. Expedited shipping is available at cost.
What is the return policy?
Returns & exchanges of non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to let me know a package is on the way.
Items must be in original, sellable condition with tags attached. Please allow 5-10 business days for all items to be received, processed, and refunded.
This policy is expanded during the December holiday season.
Due to the nature of custom/personalized/items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted.
