Each non-template based custom order includes a digital mockup created after purchase.

Once your order is placed, our design team will create and send a proof for your review and approval before production begins. This process ensures every design receives dedicated attention and that your final piece is exactly what you envisioned.

You are welcome to start with a single item! If you decide to order more later, we will discount the price difference based on your total quantity — so you’ll still get the bulk pricing once you’re ready.

Lead time is typically 2 weeks + shipping time. This varies based on the size of the order and time of year.

Please let us know in advance if you have a specific due date so that we can determine feasibility.

We usually ship via USPS or UPS. Ground shipping is free with a minimum $35 order. Expedited shipping is available at cost.

Returns & exchanges of non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact us to let me know a package is on the way.

Items must be in original, sellable condition with tags attached. Please allow 5-10 business days for all items to be received, processed, and refunded.

This policy is expanded during the December holiday season.

Due to the nature of custom/personalized/items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted.
